THE BAFS PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF ALL ITS MEMBERS. THE BAF WILL DO SO BY LOWERING MEMBERS COST OF LIVING, PROVIDING GREATER ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTH CARE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, LOW-COST CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES, BUSINESS LOANS, CAPITAL FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY SCHOOLS, REWARDING JOBS, HEALTHY FOOD AND PRODUCE, AND NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION.
