OUR MISSION AT HOSPICE OF NORTH IDAHO IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE, HIGH QUALITY END OF LIFE CARE IN KOOTENAI, SHOSHONE, AND BENEWAH COUNTIES, IDAHO. WE PROVIDE HOSPICE SERVICES TO PATIENTS WITH A PROGNOSIS OF SIX MONTHS OR LESS TO LIVE.

HOSPICE OF NORTH IDAHO INC IS A COMMUNITY BASED NONPROFIT PROVIDER OF HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES TO THE SERIOUSLY ILL OF KOOTENAI, SHOSHONE, AND BENEWAH COUNTIES, IDAHO. DURING 2021, HOSPICE OF NORTH IDAHO CARED FOR MORE THAN 1,122 HOSPICE PATIENTS. HOSPICE OF NORTH IDAHO PROVIDED BEREAVEMENT SERVICES TO FAMILIES OF HOSPICE PATIENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS. MANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE NOT REIMBURSED INCLUDING COMMUNITY BEREAVEMENT, KIDS CAMP, GRIEF AND LOSS PROGRAMS AND END OF LIFE COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS. HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE PATIENTS ARE NOT TURNED AWAY FOR THEIR INABILITY TO PAY FOR CARE.
