THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AND TO ASSIST OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN PROVIDING AFFORDABLE ELDERLY CHRISTIAN HOUSING IN THE NORTH IDAHO AREA. THIS IS DONE THROUGH AN AFFILIATION WITH CHRISTIAN CHURCHES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN ASSISTING US IN THIS MISSION.

Part 3 - Line 4a
SUPPORT ELDERLY OF THE AREA WITH A CHRISTIAN FOCUS, PRIMARILY IN THE AREA OF PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION HAS SPONSORED TWO DIFFERENT U.S. DEPT OF HUD PROJECTS. THE PROJECTS WERE A HUD SECTION 202 AND A HUD SECTION 232 PROJECT. THESE TWO PROJECTS GREATLY EXPANDED THE AFFORDABLE SENIOR HOUSING UNITS IN THE COEUR D'ALENE, IDAHO AREA. BOTH HAVE AN EMPHASIS OF PROVIDING HOUSING TO LOWER INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS WITH A CHRISTIAN FOCUS. DURING 2011, THE ORGANIZATION INCURRED COSTS TO ASSIST ANOTHER SECTION 202 HUD PROJECT IN REFINANCING THEIR FEDERALLY INSURED LOAN. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED SECTION 232 PROJECT IS CONTINUING AND ONGOING INTO THE FUTURE.
