THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AND TO ASSIST OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN PROVIDING AFFORDABLE ELDERLY CHRISTIAN HOUSING IN THE NORTH IDAHO AREA. THIS IS DONE THROUGH AN AFFILIATION WITH CHRISTIAN CHURCHES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN ASSISTING US IN THIS MISSION.

THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A FAITH-BASED, LOVING HOME THAT HONORS OLDER ADULTS. SUPPORTING THE ELDERLY IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THREE DIFFERENT ELDERLY HOUSING U.S. DEPT. OF HUD PROJECTS; SECTION 8/223(F), RAD FOR PRAC SECTION 8, AND A SECTION 232. IN NOVEMBER, 2022, THE ORGANIZATION REFINANCED TO A SECTION 8/223(F) PROPERTY. THE FOLLOWING YEAR, THE OTHER AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT (A PRAC 202) COMPLETED A RAD FOR PRAC CONVERSION AND IS NOW A SECTION 8. BOTH OF THESE PROJECTS HAVE EXPANDED THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING MARKET IN COEUR DALENE, IDAHO BY OFFERING 154 UNITS FOR LOW INCOME SENIORS 62 YEARS AND OLDER. THE SECTION 232 ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE PROVIDES CHARITABLE CARE TO THOSE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE OUTLIVED THEIR LIFE SAVINGS. THE 232S FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS ONGOING AND HAS NOT CHANGED.
