GROWTHSKILLS FOUNDATION (GSF) PROVIDED SEVEN 5-DAY WORKSHOPS AND RELATED MATERIALS WHICH ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS TO GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO PROMOTE GROWTH AND HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS WHICH WILL IMPROVE HOW THEY LIVE, LOVE, WORK, AND RELATE.
GROWTH365 IS OFFERED TO WORKSHOP ATTENDEES. THE PROGRAM ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO CONTINUE THEIR GROWTH (I.E., FURTHER DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES GAINED AT THE WORKSHOPS) WITH THEIR TEAM MEMBERS (FROM THE WORKSHOP) AND A COACH (WHO IS PAID AND SECURED BY GSF) VIA A MONTHLY 90- MINUTE ONLINE MEETING.
GROWTH4LIVING IS A SMALL GROUP CURRICULUM BASED UPON THE GROWTH MODEL TAUGHT AT THE WORKSHOPS. THIS PROGRAM WAS DEVELOPED BECAUSE GSF REALIZES THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN ATTEND A WORKSHOP AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN GROWTH365. UNDER THE PROGRAM, CHURCH MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN A MONTHLY MEETING THAT CONTAINS BOTH A LECTURE AND PROCESS GROUPS. ADDITIONALLY, THE PARTICIPANTS DO HOMEWORK AND HAVE MEETINGS WITH THEIR HOMEWORK PARTNERS DURING THE MONTH. THE PROGRAM LASTS FOR 8 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS.
