WE ARE DRAWN TO DANCE THAT SERVES AS A REMINDER OF THE GOODNESS, POWER AND COMPASSION IN OURSELVES AND IN OTHERS, AND BOLSTERS A RESILIENT HOPE FOR HUMANITY.MARTIAL ARTS FOR WOMEN OFFERS A PATH TO DEVELOPING AND RECOGNIZING THEIR STRENGTH,
COURAGE, AND THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE WORTH DEFENDING AND THAT THEY CAN ALSO DEFEND THOSE WHO ARE MOST VULNERABLE.
