TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER TO OFFER LESSONS ON HORESMANSHIP, EQUESTRIAN AND RIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO THE PUBLIC. THIS UNDERTAKING REQUIRES THE REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF THE KOKO CRATER STABLES. THE REPAIR WORK NEEDED IS EXTENSIVE - FENCES ON THE ARENA NEED REPAIR, METAL GATE SEPARATING WALLS ON STABLES ARE BENT, AND THE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
