INVESTMNENT IN TWO FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES(ONE DIRECTOR AND ONE ASSISTANT) WHOSE DUTIES INCLUDE MANAGING RETAIL ACTIVITIES, PLANNING DAILY ACTIV- ITIES, INTERVIEWING NEW PARTICIPANTS, COORDINATING VOLUNTEERS, PRO- CURING SUPPLIES, AND PROMOTING AWARENESS.


A RESALE+GALLERY+CLASSES PROVIDES JOB TRAINING IN A SUPPORTIVE ENVIROMENT IN WHICH NO EMPLOYEE WILL EVER BE FIRED BUT CAN MOVE ON TO OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WHEN THEY ARE CONFIDENT IN THEM- SELVES AND THEIR ABILITIES. THE GALLERY FEATURES WORK BY AUTISTIC ARTISTS WHO EARN A 70% COMMISSION ON ALL WORKS SOLD. BOTH PROGRAMS ALLOW OUR PARTICIPANTS TO BECOME MORE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT.


INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY ARE INVITED TO COME SHARE THEIR SKILL AND PASSIONS WITH OUR MEMBERS. THESE DAILY OUTINGS WITHIN THE COM- MUNITY AT LARGE RAISE AWARESNESS OF AUTISM AND CREATE CONNECTIONS, AS WELL AS MAKING ADULTS WITH AUTISM MORE SOCIALLY CAPABLE.
