REACH PROGRAM IS A FULLY STAFED DAY PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING AND SOCIALIZING. THE PROGRAM OFFERS LIFE SKILLS, VOICATIONAL SKILLS, AND SOCIAL SKILLS TO THOSE ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. LOW STUDENT TO STAFF RATIOS PROVIDE FOR A HIGH LEVEL OF INTERACTION AND LEARNING.
XCEL IS A DAY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES AND SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS WHO HAVE AGED OUT OF THE SCHOOL SYSTEM. IT IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO HOMESCHOOLING WITH STRUCTURED ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MATH, READING, LANGUAGE, SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS. WE PROVIDE SPEECH THERAPISTS, SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS, AND BEHAVIORAL SPECIALISTS.
THE CENTER FOR ASD ALSO SELLS MERCHANDISE TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE MISSION THAT WE UNDERTAKE. ALL MERCHANDISE BEARS THE MESSAGE OF THE CENTER FOR ASD AND SERVES TO PRESENT OUR MISSION IN A POSITIVE AND FUN WAY.
THRIVE PROGRAMS GIVE CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OF ALL AGES A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENJOY FUN ACTIVITIES AND GAMES IN A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT WITH THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL. OUR PROGRAMS GIVE FAMILIES AFFECTED BY SPECIAL NEEDS SUPPORT THROUGH PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS, COUNSELING, AND TRAINED CARE FOR THEIR SPECIAL NEEDS LOVED ONES. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT HELPS TO MAKE THE WEEKLY EVENTS FUN AND ENGAGING.
