SPECIFICALLY, PCCF SERVES THE NONPROFIT COMMUNITY IN PLYMOUTH, MA BY PROVIDING REASONABLE RENTAL OF OFFICE SPACE, MEETING ROOMS, AND CLASSROOMS TO LOCAL AREA NONPROFITS. THEIR PURPOSE IS FURTHERED BY THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS (FROM NET RENTAL ACTIVITIES) TO ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN, OR OTHERWISE SERVING, THE TOWN OF PLYMOUTH THAT ALSO QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.IN APRIL 2021, THE RENTAL PROPERTY SERVING PCCF'S PURPOSES WAS SOLD AND THE PROCEEDS CONTINUE TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
