THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES CHARITABLE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS IN BROOME, CHENANGO, DELAWARE, OTSEGO AND TIOGA COUNTIES. SEE SCHEDULE I. IN 2021, THE FOUNDATION AWARDED 502 GRANTS AND 117 SCHOLARSHIPS.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND INVOLVEMENT RELATING TO THE NEED FOR CHARITABLE GIVING AND PHILANTHROPY AND METHODS AVAILABLE TO FACILITATE CHARITABLE PARTICIPATION. DURING 2021, THE FOUNDATION'S EVENTS INCLUDED VIRTUAL GRANTEE EDUCATION WORKSHOPS AND VARIOUS OTHER VIRTUAL EVENTS AS WELL AS A FALL DONOR EVENT.
