THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES CHARITABLE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS IN BROOME, CHENANGO, DELAWARE, OTSEGO AND TIOGA COUNTIES. SEE SCHEDULE I. IN 2023, THE FOUNDATION AWARDED 488 GRANTS AND 91 SCHOLARSHIPS.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND INVOLVEMENT RELATING TO THE NEED FOR CHARITABLE GIVING AND PHILANTHROPY AND METHODS AVAILABLE TO FACILITATE CHARITABLE PARTICIPATION. DURING 2023, THE FOUNDATION'S EVENTS INCLUDED VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON GRANTEE EDUCATION WORKSHOPS AND VARIOUS OTHER VIRTUAL EVENTS AS WELL AS A SUMMER DONOR EVENT.
