THE FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT, COMMUNITY CORPORATION CREATED BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE OF CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR COMMUNITY, WE WILL IGNITE POSITIVE CHANGE AND CREATE A LEGACY OF IMPACT.
