THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION IS A COMMUNITY-BASED, SOCIAL IMPACT INVESTOR THAT USES ITS FINANCIAL, INTELLECTUAL AND CONVENING CAPITAL TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE IN HERKIMER AND ONEIDA COUNTIES. IN 2021, THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION AWARDED 1,037 GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO ELIGIBLE NONPROFITS PRIMARILY IN HERKIMER AND ONEIDA COUNTIES.
