ORGANIZING: THE ORGANIZING PROGRAM BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF GRASSROOTS LEADERS, WHO ARE MAJORITY YOUNG AND FEMALE, TO DRIVE POLICY CHANGE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND MOBILIZE OTHERS TO ACTION. TO THAT END, JOLT ACTION SUPPORTS ITS MEMBERS TO EXERCISE POWER THROUGH THREE PROGRAMMATIC AREAS- ARTS AND CULTURE, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND STUDENT AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZING.
CLIMATE: BRINGS YOUNG PEOPLE OF COLOR TOGETHER IN THE NATION'S SECOND LARGEST ECONOMY TO PUSH TEXAS' MAJOR METRO AREAS AND UNIVERSITIES TO ADOPT GREEN ENERGY GOALS IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE ORIGINAL PARIS CLIMATE COMMITMENTS FOR THE UNITED STATES.
