BORM PROVIDES TANGIBLE MATERIALS THROUGH ITS THRIFT CENTER, ALONG WITH PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEALS, FELLOWSHIP AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO THE VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN WATFORD CITY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

BAKKEN OIL RUSH WATFORD CITY OUTREACH IS A MAINSTAY, WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA RESOURCE WHICH HELPS THOSE IN NEED BY PROVIDING FOR PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS SO THAT THEY CAN DRAW CLOSER TO JESUS AND BECOME POSITIVE CONTRIBUTORS BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.IN 2021 WE HELPED 610 FAMILIES WITH FREE CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS, GIVING AWAY OVER 5,500 ITEMS TO PEOPLE IN NEED. WE RECEIVED ZERO REVENUE FROM THIS PROGRAM. AS FAR AS EXPENSES, WE PROVIDED WAGES TO WORKERS WHO SORT, CLEAN, ORGANIZE AND DISTRIBUTE THE CLOTHING AND ITEMS BACK TO THE COMMUNITY. IT IS ESTIMATED WE SPENT AROUND $45,000 ON WAGES TO PRESENT THIS PROGRAM TO THE COMMUNITY.AT OUR ANNUAL TOY GIVEAWAY, WE GAVE OVER 100 CHILDREN BRAND NEW TOYS. WE SPENT ABOUT $5,000 ON TOYS, FOOD, DECORATIONS AND WAGES TO PRESENT THIS PROGRAM TO THE COMMUNITY. WE RECEIVED A DONATION OF $1000 FOR THIS EVENT.CARE. CONNECT. COLLABORATE
