TO HELP PEOPLE KNOW JESUS, METRO EFFECT LEADS SHORT TERM MISSION TRIPS AND EMPOWERS MISSIONARY PARTNERS AND LOCAL URBAN CHRISTIANS TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT JESUS AND SHOW PEOPLE HOW MUCH JESUS LOVES THEM IN HOPES THAT THEY WILL HAVE FAITH IN JESUS AND DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIM.

INDIAN MINISTRY PARTNERSHIPS. OUR INDIAN MINISTRY PARTNERSHIPS WERE VERY FRUITFUL IN 2021. WE MET OUR GOAL FOR LIFE TREE FOUNDATION SCHOOL OF MAINTAINING ENROLLMENT TO OVER 100 CHILDREN DESPITE THE PANDEMIC. WE PROVIDE FUNDS FOR OPERATING EXPENSES, WHICH HELPS EMPOWER THE SCHOOL TO GIVE AN EXCELLENT, CHRIST-CENTERED EDUCATION TO CHILDREN FROM UNDERPRIVILEGED BACKGROUNDS, AND WE GIVE ADVICE TO THE LEADERSHIP TEAM. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH A CHURCH PLANTER IN THE CITY OF GURGAON TO HELP HIM AND HIS WIFE STRENGTHEN THE 2 CHURCHES THEY OVERSEE. WE PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THEM. WE ALSO ENGAGED HEAVILY IN COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORTS. THE SECOND WAVE HIT HARD IN INDIA LAST YEAR, AND WE HELPED A PARTNER SET UP A TEMPORARY EMERGENCY MEDICAL FACILITY TO TREAT COVID-19 PATIENTS. WE ALSO HELPED A PARTNER PROVIDE MORE FOOD FOR THOSE IN FINANCIAL NEED DUE TO THE COVID-19 CRISIS. WE ALSO HELPED A PARTNER START A HINDI BIBLE COLLEGE FOR MORE THAN 30 STUDENTS. THE GOAL FOR INDIAN MINISTRY PARTNERSHIPS IN 2021 IS TO HELP LIFE TREE FOUNDATION AND THE CHURCH PLANTER IN GURGAON SUSTAIN THEIR MINISTRIES IN 2022 AT AN EQUAL LEVEL TO 2021 AND TO INCREASE ENROLLMENT IN THE HINDI BIBLE COLLEGE.
NEW DELHI. IN 2021, METRO EFFECT EMPOWERED EMPOWERED 1 FAMILY TO LIVE IN NEW DELHI, INDIA, AND FACILITATED A GREAT DEAL OF MINISTRY IN DELHI. METRO EFFECT ENCOURAGED ABOUT 10 MINISTRY LEADERS, TAUGHT BIBLE, ENGLISH AND SCIENCE CLASSES TO ABOUT 40 TEENS IN AN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, AND WROTE CURRICULUM FOR A HINDI BIBLE COLLEGE. METRO EFFECT HOPES TO TEACH THE BIBLE TO OVER 100 ADULTS IN NEW DELHI IN 2022.

IN 2021 METRO EFFECT EMPOWERED EMPOWERED 1 PERSON TO SERVE IN NOIDA, INDIA AND FACILITATED A GREAT DEAL OF MENTORSHIP FOR ABOUT 25 YOUNG PEOPLE, ENCOURAGED ABOUT 6 MINISTRY LEADERS, PARTICIPATED IN CHRISTMAS AND EASTER EVENTS, AND SERVED AT A CHURCH. THEY WERE ALSO HELPFUL TO A COFFEE SHOP IN NOIDA THAT ALSO SERVES AS A PLACE OF OUTREACH IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY ALSO SHARED THE GOSPEL WITH MANY FRIENDS IN THE COMMUNITY. IN 2022, METRO EFFECT HOPES TO MAINTAIN THE MINISTRY IN NOIDA AT A SIMILAR LEVEL.
IN 2021, METRO EFFECT MANAGED 3RD PLACE, A COMMUNITY CENTER IN ADEL, IOWA. IT IS A PLACE WHERE ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY CAN COME AND BE REFRESHED AND ENCOURAGED OVER COFFEE, SNACKS, A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND GOOD CONVERSATION, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE. IT SERVED ABOUT 300 PEOPLE IN 2021 THROUGH IT'S OPEN HOURS, EVENTS, HOSTING OF BIBLE STUDIES, CHURCH MEETINGS, AND MORE.
