IN JANUARY 2022, PAACS WELCOMED 37 NEW RESIDENTS, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER IN TRAINING TO 123. EACH PAACS RESIDENT IS EXPECTED TO BE THE SURGEON OR PRIMARY ASSISTANT ON APPROXIMATELY 300 CASES PER YEAR. TOGETHER, WE ESTIMATE THEY SURGICALLY IMPACTED OVER 36,900 PEOPLE IN 2022. EACH ONE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRAY AND SHARE THE GOSPEL.AT THE END OF 2021, THERE WERE 18 RESIDENTS WHO COMPLETED PAACS TRAINING. THIS GREW THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PAACS GRADUATES IN 2022 TO 126. WE ESTIMATE THAT OUR PAACS GRADUATES COMBINED SAW OVER 220,000 PATIENTS, PERFORMED OVER 60,000 PROCEDURES, AND OVER 14,000 PEOPLE HEARD THE GOSPEL THROUGH THEIR MINISTRY.
