CERTELL@SCHOOL MARKETS AND DISTRIBUTES THESE MATERIALS AT NO COST TO TEACHERS AND SCHOOLS FOR USE IN THEIR CLASSROOMS, HELPING THEM ENHANCE THE LEARNING OF THEIR STUDENTS.THEIR MISSION IS TO CREATE INFORMED AND ENGAGED CITIZENS BY SUPPORTING THE INNOVATIVE TEACHERS WHO ARE DISRUPTING OUR TRADITIONAL CIVIC EDUCATION SYSTEM. SENSIBLE SCHOOL THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS FEE-BASED, HYBRID ADULT EDUCATION COURSES, BEGINNING WITH PERSONAL FINANCE AND ECONOMIC LITERACY. THESE COURSES ARE BASED UPON THE SEMESTER LONG VERSIONS THE ORGANIZATION DISTRIBUTES TO TEACHERS. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO DEVELOPING SPECIFIC MATERIALS FOR USE BY ADULTS IN PRISON, DESIGNED TO TEACH CIVIC AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, AND OPERATING SUCH PROGRAMS IN THREE PRISONS IN FLORIDA AND ONE IN INDIANA, WITH PLANS TO EXPAND TO OTHER STATES.IN 2021-22 CERTELL CREATED A RELATED ENTITY, SENSIBLE SCHOOL, INC. SENSIBLE SCHOOL PURCHASED HUNTINGTON JUNIOR COLLEGE IN MARCH 2022 AND HAS BEEN OPERATING IT SINCE THEN. CERTELL'S PROGRAMS IN ADULT AND WORKPLACE AND PRISON EDUCATION WILL TRANSITION TO SENSIBLE SCHOOL AND HUNTINGTON JUNIOR COLLEGE OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS.
CERTELL AROUND THE WORLDTHE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO ACCELERATE THE LEVELING OF THE EDUCATIONAL PLAYING FIELD BY DEVELOPING CONTENT DESIGNED TO PROMOTE PROSPERITY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP GLOBALLY.
