IN ADDITION, CDBCF PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE RESOURCES, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND EMPOWERMENT FOR THE WOMEN WE SERVE.
