WE FUND MEDICAL RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMMING FOCUSED ON REMOVING PATIENTS FROM ISOLATION, PROVIDING HOPE, AND ADDRESSING AND ALLEVIATING THEIR UNMET NEEDS THROUGH FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

TEAM PHENOMENAL HOPE PROVIDED $55,500 TO PULMONARY HYPERTENSION PATIENTS EXPERIENCING UNMET NEEDS AND /OR RESIDING IN A DISASTER AREA. FORMAL REQUESTS ARE SUBMITTED BY INDIVIDUALS AND REVIEWED BY A TEAM PHENOMENAL HOPE COMMITTEE. $500 PER INDIVIDUAL IS AWARDED BASED IN ACCEPTANCE OF THEIR APPLICANT FOR THE GRANT.
PHENOMENAL CONNECTIONS: PHENOMENAL CONNECTIONS MATCHES TRAINED PEER SUPPORTERS LIVING WITH PH TO OTHER PATIENTS AND PROVIDES UNDERSTANDING AND HOPE TO THOSE WHO NEED SUPPORT AFTER RECEIVING A PH DIAGNOSIS.
