ALL SQUARE EMPLOYS JUSTICE IMPACTED INDIVIDUALS IN OUR CRAFT GRILLED CHEESE RESTAURANT TO PROVIDE A LIVING WAGE, AN EMPLOYMENT HISTORY, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, AND HANDS-ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. FELLOWS PARTICIPATE IN WEEKLY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSEWORK WITH AN EMPHASIS ON INCREASING SELF CONFIDENCE AND AGENCY, COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM. FELLOWS DEVELOP A ROADMAP THAT IDENTIFIES SHORT- AND LONG-TERM GOALS AND WORK TO CLOSE SKILL GAPS, REMOVE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL BARRIERS, AND ACCESS SUPPORTS TO ACHIEVE THEIR UNIQUE GOALS.
