INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION PROGRAMS: PARTNERING WITH INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, NEURAL EDUCATION PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES AND INSTITUTES WITH THE GOAL OF BRINGING ACCESSIBLE NEUROSCIENCE RESEARCH, PRACTICES AND TOOLS TO SCHOOLS AND CLASSROOMS EVERYWHERE! IN 2023, THIRTEEN SCHOOLS, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AGENCIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVED DEVELOPMENT, RESULTING IN $187,147.29 REVENUE.THE CONFERENCE WAS TREMENDOUS! THE FACILITATORS WERE SKILLED, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND WELL-PREPARED; THE AGENDA WAS ROBUST, WELL-PACED, AND ENGAGING; AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS RICH AND DIRECTLY APPLICABLE TO MY DAILY WORK WITH STUDENTS.I HAVE BEEN TEACHING FOR 41 YEARS AND THIS WORKSHOP PROVIDED ME WITH SO MANY STRATEGIES AND INFORMATION THAT I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK IN THE CLASSROOM AND GET TO WORK.
SUMMER INSTITUTES: IN THESE 3-5 DAY IMMERSIVE COURSES, A FRAMEWORK AND FOUNDATION IN EVIDENCE-BASED NEUROSCIENCE IS TAUGHT THAT EMPOWERS EDUCATORS. PARTICIPANTS GAIN INSIGHT INTO THE SCIENCE BEHIND HOW CHILDREN LEARN AND ARE GIVEN PRACTICAL AND PROVEN SKILLS TO IDENTIFY AND RE-ENGAGE STUDENTS. A TOTAL OF 300 PARTICIPANTS ENGAGED IN OUR SUMMER INSTITUTES, TOTALING $93,021.12 IN REVENUE. OUR PRE/POST MEASURES INDICATED THAT TEACHERS CONFIDENCE IN HANDLING STUDENT BEHAVIORAL AND ACADEMIC ISSUES GREW SIGNIFICANTLY AS A RESULT OF ENGAGING IN OUR INSTITUTES.I HAVE WORKED IN PUBLIC EDUCATION FOR 34 YEARS.
