THE CLIMATE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL (THE "COUNCIL") IS A POLICY INSTITUTE FOUNDED IN COLLABORATION WITH BUSINESS, OPINION AND ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERS TO PROMOTE A CARBON DIVIDENDS FRAMEWORK - BASED ON CARBON FEES WHOSE REVENUES ARE REBATED TO CITIZENS THROUGH DIVIDENDS - AS THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE, EQUITABLE AND POLITICALLY-VIABLE CLIMATE SOLUTION. IT IS THE ONLY PRO-CARBON PRICING ORGANIZATION IN EXISTENCE THAT PROVIDES LEADING RESEARCH, ANALYSIS AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT, WORKS WITH A BROAD BASE AND GROWING COALITION OF INFLUENTIAL SUPPORTERS, AND IS A TRUSTED SOURCE BY LEADERS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POLITICAL AISLE.
