100 COMPANIES THAT CARE (100CTC.ORG) AND DONOR ADVISED FUNDS - PROVIDED A MORE FLEXIBLE WAY FOR DONORS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO WANT TO GIVE NONCASH ASSETS, TO SUPPORT THEIR CHOSEN PUBLIC CHARITIES WITH IMPACT INVESTING OVER TIME THROUGH THE USE OF DONOR ADVISED FUNDS. THIS ALSO INCLUDED UNLOCKING THE POWER OF GIVING BY CONNECTING ORANGE COUNTY BUSINESSES TO MAXIMIZE CORPORATE GIVING IN OUR COMMUNITIES, PRIMARILY THROUGH 100CTC.ORG, AS WE BELIEVE EVERY COMPANY HAS A ROLE TO PLAY IN GIVING BACK AND THE WHOLE IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF ITS PARTS, WHICH IS WHY WE PROMOTE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY BY BRINGING BUSINESSES TOGETHER WITH PUBLIC CHARITIES (FOCUSING ON ORGANIZATIONS THAT CREATE THE LARGEST IMPACT) ON AT LEAST A QUARTERLY BASIS TO HARNESS OUR COLLECTIVE SYNERGY AND REPORT ON THE IMPACT THE RECOGNIZED PUBLIC CHARITIES HAVE HAD IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
JOY OF GIVING (INVESTORSPHILANTHROPIC.ORG/JOY-OF-GIVING) VIDEO SERIES (YOUTUBE CHANNEL) BROUGHT AWARENESS TO THE MANY IMPORTANT AND NEEDED CAUSES IN OUR COMMUNITIES BY HIGHLIGHTING IMPORTANT CAUSES AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THEM WHO ARE DOING GREAT THINGS IN THE WORLD AND PROVIDING A CHANNEL FOR THEM TO TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE UP TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, WHICH RESULTED IN INCREASED CONTRIBUTIONS AND THE BEGINNING OF PROVIDING INCREASED GRANTS TO THOSE CAUSES.
