PROJECT #2 - WITH THE UNAIDS PROJECTS, PHAROS DEVELOPED SCENARIOS FOR FUTURE NATIONAL HIV PROGRAMS IN TUNISIA, NAMIBIA AND TANZANIA, AND ASSESSED THE PROSPECTS OF ALGERIA, MOROCCO, AND JAMAICA TO TRANSITION FROM EXTERNAL FUNDING FOR HIV PREVENTION AND TREATMENT.ACCOMPLISHMENTS - DEVELOPED A TRANSITION RISK ASSESSMENT FOR TANZANIA, MOROCCO AND ALGERIA AS THE GLOBAL FUND PLANS TO GRADUALLY WITHDRAW FUNDING FOR HIV AND TB PROGRAMS.
