IT PREPARES THEM TO BE CARREER READY FOR A VAST NUMBER OF DIFFERENT JOBS. THE JOBS ARE THAT ARE PREPARED FOR ARE FROM THE COMMUNITY. THAT ALLOWS THE SKILLS TO BE ADEQUATE FOR THE FUTURE.
