THEIR OUTREACH PROGRAMS INCLUDE A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR ANYONE WHO REQUESTS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR MUSIC CLASSES AND LESSONS, LOCAL WORK WITH PARENT EDUCATION SERVICES TO PROVIDE FREE MUSIC, AND PARENTING CLASSES TO AT-RISK PARENTS.
