SEARCH ADULT LEARNING SERVICES PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH A RICH COMBINATION OF CURRICULUM AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES DESIGNED TO APPEAL TO A BROAD RANGE OF INTERESTS. CURRICULUM TOPICS INCLUDE CREATIVE ARTS, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, SENSORY INTEGRATION, WORK SKILLS, INTERNET LITERACY AND SKILLS FOR LIFE. COMMUNITY LIFE INCLUDES A VARIETY OF VOLUNTEER AND COMMUNITY-BASED EXPERIENCES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER LOCAL AGENCIES. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE AN IMMERSIVE VISUAL ARTS PROGRAM, HOME-BASED SERVICE FACILITATION AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORTS. INDIVIDUALS CAN PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMS ON A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME BASIS. SEARCH SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES CONSIST OF A BROAD RANGE OF SERVICES AND SUPPORTS FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. THE DURATION AND FREQUENCY OF SERVICES IS BASED ON THE NEEDS AND PREFERENCES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL. INDIVIDUALS DECIDE THE SERVICES AND SUPPORTS THEY WILL RECEIVE IN THE SETTING AND COMMUNITY OF THEIR CHOICE. OPTIONS INCLUDE THE FAMILY HOME, SMALL GROUP HOME ARRANGEMENTS AND SEMI-INDEPENDENT, IN-HOME SETTINGS.
SEARCH COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES MATCH INDIVIDUALS TO EMPLOYERS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THIS PROGRAM OFFERS A FULL ARRAY OF JOB DEVELOPMENT AND PLACEMENT SERVICES. SERVICES INCLUDE VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, JOB COACHING, AS WELL AS ASSISTANCE IN THE AREAS OF INDEPENDENT TRAVEL, MANAGING WAGES AND BENEFITS, AS WELL AS BUILDING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CO-WORKERS.
