THE CJF HAS A DUAL MISSION: 1) TO PROVIDE THE KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORT, AND COMMUNITY THAT CANCER SURVIVORS NEED TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT CANCER SURVIVORSHIP PLANS AND CANCER SURVIVOR JOURNEY MAPS AND 2) TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS TO REDUCE VETERAN SUICIDE THROUGH THE DISABLED VETERAN EMPOWERMENT NETWORK (DVEN) PROGRAM.
IMPLEMENTED A VETERAN SUICIDE AWARENESS AND PREVENTION PROGRAM TO ENGAGE THE MOTORSPORTS COMMUNITY IN SUPPORTING DISABLED VETERAN ISSUES. CREATED THE FIRST-EVER INTER-SERVICE MILITARY MOTORSPORTS EVENTS - THE DVEN/RALLY4VETS TOP DOG CHAMPIONSHIPS. PROVIDE DIRECT FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITIES SUPPORTING VETERAN SUICIDE PREVENTION.
