TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT FURTHER THE MESSAGE OF SPIRITUALITY, MEDITATION AND RELATED LIFESTYLE CHOICES, INCLUDING EDUCATION, WELLNESS RESEARCH AND TRAINING, AS PRACTICED BY THE ADHERENTS TO THE PRINCIPLES AND TEACHINGS OF THE SAHAJ MARG SYSTEM OF RAJA YOGA MEDITATION.TO COLLABORATE & ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WITH SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS AND PROMOTE EVENTS THAT FURTHER WELLNESS AND HEARTFULNESS. ORGANIZE CONVENTIONS & TRAINING PROGRAMS AND ENGAGE IN ALL LAWFUL ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL TO FOREGOING PURPOSES.

HEARTFULNESS RELAXATION AND MEDITATION PROGRAMS WERE OFFERED AS PART OF CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS. VARIOUS WELLNESS EVENTS AND CONSCIOUS LIVING WORKSHOPS AT HEARTFULNESS CENTERS, SCHOOLS, AND COMMUNITY CENTERS AS WELL AS IN YOGA CENTERS WITH SIMILAR PURPOSE OF PROMOTING WELLNESS. ORACLE, BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, DOMINION ENERGY, CITIBANK, AMAZON, GOOGLE, AND MICROSOFT ARE SOME OF THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT AVAILED OF OUR PROGRAM. IN 2022, ALL EVENTS WERE HELD VIRTUALLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. DIGITAL CLASSES, DIGITAL JOURNALS, AND VIDEO SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE OFFERED ONLINE.HEARTFULNESS RELAXATION, MEDIATION AND REJUVENATION PROGRAMS WERE OFFERED TO SEVERAL CORPORATES DURING COVID. OVER 250 CORPORATIONS NATIONWIDE AVAILED OF THESE FREE WEBINARS AND INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS. ADDITIONALLY SESSIONS WERE CONDUCTED FOR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY CENTERS ALSO VIA WEBINARS FOR STRESS RELIEF AND RELAXATION. GRANTS WERE ALSO PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO THE TRAINING FOR COVID ASSISTANCE TO THE FREMONT POLICE DEPARTMENT ALONG WITH MANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH SCHOOLS, WELLNESS AND COVID RELIEF PROGRAMS.
