DUAL-SERVICE CASH GRANTS - DELIVERS EMERGENCY ONE-TIME CASH PAYMENTS TO ASSIST FAMILIES EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL STRESS, LEVERAGING PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE COMMITTED TO LIFTING UP VULNERABLE AND UNDERSERVED CHILDREN AND YOUTH BY PROVIDING THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH ACCESS TO JUST-IN-TIME SUPPORT SERVICES AND RESOURCES.
