WE HAVE ASSISTED IN THE DAILY CARE OF AT-RISK CHILDREN IN ALL THREE OF OUR PROGRAMS VIA OUR IN COUNTRY PROGRAM PARTNERS AND OUR SISTER ORGANIZATION, BEYOND THE ORPHANAGE FOUNDATION IN AUSTRALIA. THE CARE FOR THE CHILDREN HAS INCLUDED DAILY MEALS, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE AND SECURE HOMES. WE HAVE ALSO ACCOMPLISHED THESE SPECIFIC THINGS THROUGHOUT THE LAST FINANCIAL YEAR: TRAINING FOR OUR PROGRAM PARTNERS IN CHILD PROTECTION, TRAUMA AND GENDER, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION EXPANDED OUR PROGRAM WITH SANO PAILA TO OPEN ANOTHER HOUSE SPECIFIC FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN RESCUED FROM HUMAN TRAFFICKING EXPANDED OUR PROGRAM WITH STAR CHILDREN TO NOW HAVE AN OUTREACH PROGRAM WHERE WE CAN VISIT CHILDREN/ FAMILIES WHO ARE HIV POSITIVE IN THEIR HOMES THAT ARE IN RURAL COUNTRY AREAS. THESE FAMILIES AND CHILDREN ARE IN NEED OF HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN DUE TO BEING AWAY FROM A MAJOR CENTER. LAUNCHED OUR COMPUTER LITERACY PROGRAM IN NEPAL TO HELP THE CHILDREN LEARN HOW TO USE COMPUTERS SAFELY.
