ACT AS A LIAISON BETWEEN MICHIGAN CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZERS AND THE BRANCHES OF STATE GOVERNMENT TO ADVOCATE FOR LAWS AND REGULATIONS THAT PRESERVE AND ADVANCE CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS, BENEFITING MEMBER AND NON- MEMBER AUTHORIZERS AND CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS.
CREATE A FORUM FOR MICHIGAN CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZERS TO MEET AND SHARE BEST PRACTICES; TO INTERACT AND PROMOTE THEIR EFFORTS TO IMPROVE PUBLIC EDUCATION, AND TO PROMOTE AND SHARE THE UNIQUE ROLE OF AUTHORIZERS AND THEIR RELEVANCE TO STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AND GROWTH FOR MICHIGAN'S CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS.
