BI HELPED FACILITATE THE CITYS WORK WITH THE HISTORIC GREENWOOD-BLACK WALL STREET COMMUNITIES TO ADDRESS THE INEQUITIES ARISING FROM THE 1921 TULSA RACE MASSACRE AND SUBSEQUENT URBAN RENEWAL POLICIES. THE COMMUNITY-LED DEVELOPMENT UPHOLDS THE WELL-BEING OF BLACK NORTH TULSANS AND ADVANCES EQUITABLE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
