MAINSTREET UPTOWN BUTTE PARTNERED WITH THE BUTTE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO ENCOURAGE BUTTE SILVER BOW COUNTY RESIDENTS TO OBTAIN COVID 19 VACCINES. A TOTAL OF $528,000 WAS AWARDED TO BUTTE RESIDENTS AS PART OF WEEKLY DRAWINGS HELD OVER A PERIOD OF 15 WEEKS.
MAINSTREET UPTOWN BUTTE HOSTS A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED EVENTS INCLUDING A FARMER'S MARKET, FREEDOM FESTIVAL, CHRISTMAS STROLL, ICE SCULPTING EVENTS, AND MORE.
EACH YEAR, MAINSTREET UPTOWN BUTTE, INC. FEATURES PERFORMANCES AND DEMONSTRATIONS BY OVER 200 OF THE NATION'S FINEST MUSICIANS, DANCERS AND CRAFTSPEOPLE THROUGH THE MONTANA FOLK FESTIVAL. THE FESTIVAL SHOWCASES MULTIPLE PERFORMANCES BY MORE THAN 20 ARTISTS/GROUPS ON SIX STAGES INCLUDING A DANCE PAVILION DEDICATED TO PARTICIPATORY DANCING, A FAMILY STAGE WITH PERFORMANCES APPEALING TO CHILDREN OF ALL AGES, AND A MONTANA FOLKLIFE STAGE.
