ADULT COMMUNITY HOME - THE SEVEN-DAY-A-WEEK 24 HOUR A DAY GROUP HOME IS INVOLVED IN THE PERSONAL CARE, COOKING, LAUNDERING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, HOUSEHOLD CLEANING AND USE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES. THE EMPHASIS IS TO INDIVIDUALIZE THE PROGRAM TO AID CLIENTS IN ACQUIRING THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO BECOME AN ACTIVE, INTEGRAL MEMBER OF A HOME LIVING SITUATION.
DAY SERVICES - PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING IN NON-RESIDENTIAL SETTINGS. DAY SERVICES INCLUDES TRAINING IN BASIC LIFE SKILLS, PRE-VOCATIONAL SKILLS, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, WORK ACTIVITIES AND SHELTERED EMPLOYMENT SKILLS. DAY SERVICES DIRECT THEIR TRAINING ACTIVITIES TOWARD MOVEMENT TO INCREASINGLY HIGHER LEVELS OF INDEPENDENCE.
SUPPORTED LIVING - CONSUMERS WHO RECEIVE SUPPORT LIVING SERVICES WORK ONE ON ONE WITH OUR STAFF, WITHIN THEIR OWN HOME AND THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. MOI PROVIDES ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE WITH DAILY LIVING PROGRAMS SUCH AS COOKING, HOUSEKEEPING, GROCERY SHOPPING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, AND CREATIVE ARTS. EACH PROGRAM IS CUSTOMIZED TO THE LEVEL OF CARE REQUIRED FOR EACH CONSUMER.
TRANSPORTATION - TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL MOI CLIENTS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM HOME, DAY SERVICES, MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, RECREATION EVENTS, AND TO THE GROUP HOME.
