TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS; OUTFITTING VOLUNTEERS WITH COMMUNICATIONS (RADIOS, PAGERS, PHONE ALERTS) AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CLOTHING AND BOOTS, SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING SYSTEMS, AND PROTECTIVE LIGHTING.
UPGRADE AND RETROFIT STRUCTURE ENGINE, ATV, AND WATER TENDER.
