PROVIDE PUBLIC SAFETY SERVICES TO ALL PERSONS ON OR NEAR THE YELLOWSTONE MOUNTAIN CLUB COMMUNITY, WHICH CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATLEY 14,000 ACRES OF MOUNTAINOUS LAND IN SOUTHWEST MONTANA NEAR THE TOWN OF BIG SKY. INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY ARE SKI FACILITIES, A GOLF COURSE, ROADS, LODGES, ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL OFFICES, CONDOMINIUMS AND PRIVATE HOMES.
