DISABILITY RIGHTS MONTANA PROVIDES OTHER SERVICES TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES INCLUDING:CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CAP):PROVIDES STATEWIDE NETWORK OF SERVICES TO ALL CLIENT AND CLIENT APPLICANTS OF THE VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM.PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR VOTING ACCESS (PAVA):ENSURES FULL PARTICIPATION IN THE ELECTORAL PROCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH REGISTERING TO VOTE, CASTING A VOTE, AND ACCESSING POLLING PLACES.PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR BENEFICIARIES WITH REPRESENTATIVE PAYEES (PABRP):STRENGTHEN PROTECTIONS OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS OR REP-PAYEE GRANT PROGRAM PAYS FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND MONITORING OF REPRESENTATIVE PAYEES.PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR BENEFICIARIES OF SOCIAL SECURITY (PABSS):PROVIDES INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE, AND ADVOCACY SERVICES TO BENEFICIARIES OF SOCIAL SECURITY SEEKING VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, EMPLOYMENT, AND OTHER SERVICES.PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY (PATBI):PROVIDES INFORMATION, REFERRALS AND ADVICE, INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY ADVOCACY, LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND SPECIFIC ASSISTANCE IN SELF-ADVOCACY TO INDIVIDUALS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND THEIR FAMILIES.ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY (PAAT):FUNDING TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING COMPREHENSIVE, CONSUMER RESPONSIVE STATEWIDE PROGRAMS OF TECHNOLOGY RELATED TO ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES WITH DISABILITIES.PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR PUBLIC HEALTH (PAPH):FUNDING TO EXPAND THE PUBLIC HEALTH WORKFORCE WITHIN THE DISABILITY NETWORK FOR THE PROTECTION & ADVOCACY SYSTEMS.


PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS (PAIMI):ADVOCATE FOR THE RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS. THERE WERE 416 INFORMATION AND REFERRALS OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED, 41 CASES HANDLED, AND A TOTAL OF 399 INDIVIDUALS SERVED.


PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (PADD):PROVIDE STATEWIDE RIGHTS RELATED ADVOCACY REPRESENTATION TO PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND ASSISTANCE TO RELATED PROGRAMS. THERE WERE 116 INFORMATION AND REFERRALS PROVIDED, 75 CASES HANDLED, AND A TOTAL OF 181 INDIVIDUALS SERVED.
