ADULT COMMUNITY HOME:THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES FOUR ADULT COMMUNITY HOMES IN POLSON AND RONAN. THE COMMUNITY HOMES HOUSE 25 ADULT CONSUMERS WHO REQUIRE A HIGH LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY LIVING.
ADULT HABILITATION:ADULT HABILITATION PROVIDES CONSUMERS WITH MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE AND WORK SKILLS THROUGH WORK AND DAY PROGRAM SERVICES IN POLSON AND RONAN.
SUPPORTED LIVING:SUPPORTED LIVING PROVIDES VARIOUS LEVELS OF ONE-ON-ONE ASSISTANCE TO CONSUMERS WHO ARE CAPABLE OF LIVING ON THEIR OWN BUT NEED OCCASIONAL ASSISTANCE.
ROOM AND BOARD (SSI):CONSUMERS RESIDING IN COMMUNITY HOMES RECEIVE SUPPLEMENTAL SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI). A PORTION OF THESE FUNDS ARE RESERVED FOR RENT PAID TO THE ORGANIZATION FOR LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY HOME.TRANSPORTATION: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES BETWEEN CONSUMER RESIDENCES AND THE ADULT HABILITATION PROGRAM.
