EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES FOR MEMBERS - ONE OF THE MONTANA BANKERS ASSOCIATION'S MAJOR MISSIONS IS TO ENHANCE THE ROLE OF COMMUNITY BANKS AS PREEMINENT PROVIDERS OF FINANCIAL SERVICES THROUGH EDUCATION PROGRAMS. TO MEET CONTINUING CHANGING MEMBER NEEDS FOR TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, THE MONTANA BANKERS ASSOCIATION PROVIDES A VARIETY OF EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBER BANKS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES TO IMPROVE BANK PERFORMANCE BY ENHANCING THEIR DIRECTORS', MANAGERS', AND EMPLOYEES' KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
