THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A LOVING CHRISTIAN HOME FOR AT RISK TEENAGE GIRLS, CONNECT THEM TO WHO THEY ARE IN THE EYES OF GOD, AND EQUIP THEM WITH LIFE SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO WHOLENESS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES 24 HOUR CARE FOR ITS RESIDENTS. THE 24 HOUR CARE INCLUDES ROOM AND BOARD, PERSONAL ITEMS, INCLUDING MEDICATION AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS. THIS CARE ALSO INCLUDES THE SALARIES OF HOUSE PARENTS AND RELIEF HOUSE PARENTS.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES REGIONALLY ACCREDITED COURSES FOR ITS RESIDENTS. SALARIES FOR TEACHERS AND TUITION FOR THESE CLASSES ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THE RESIDENTS OR THEIR FAMILIES.
THE ORGANIZATION PAYS A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR TO PROVIDE WEEKLY COUNSELING FOR EACH RESIDENT INCLUDING MONTHLY SESSIONS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS. ADDITIONAL COUNSELING SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE COUNSELOR.
