HOUSE OF DAWN PROVIDED SAFE AND STABLE HOUSING COORDINATION, MEDICAL, DENTAL, MENTAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND ADVOACY SERVICES PARENTING INSTRUCTIONS, CHILD DEVELOMENT EDUCATION, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, AND CHILDCARE FOR BABIES OF YOUNG MOTHERS. LAST FISCAL YEAR HOUSE OF DAWN SERVED 11 FAMILIES AND REACHED 105 CLIENTS THROUGH COMMUNITY OUTREACH. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE 100 NO REPEAT PREGNANCY RATE WHILE IN PROGRAM, 85 EMPLOYMENT RATE, 2 ATTENDED VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TRAINING, 8 RESIDENTS COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL / GED, 7 RESIDENTS TRANSITIONED TO PERMANENT HOUSING, 6 FAMILY REUNIFICATIONS, EARNED OVER 90 ON ALL STATE MONITORING AND SAFETY REPORTS, NEW CONSTRUCTION OF OUR NEW HOME WAS COMPLETED.
