THE ONONDAGA CIVIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SUPPORTS THE COUNTY OF ONONDAGA GOVERNMENT, BUSINESSES, AND NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS. IT ALSO SERVES AS A FACILITATOR OF SOLUTIONS FOR GOVERNMENTAL PROBLEMS THROUGH ITS FLEXIBLE AND EFFICIENT STATUTORY POWERS. OCDC USES AVAILABLE FINANCIAL AND POLICY INCENTIVES TO STIMULATE ECONOMIC GROWTH, LESSEN THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, PROMOTE JOB CREATION AND RETENTION, GENERATE PROSPERITY, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS, AND ENCOURAGE ECONOMIC VIBRANCY.
