CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: NEO ACTION FUND PROMOTES CIVIC ENGAGEMENT THROUGH GRANT-MAKING, FUNDER ALIGNMENT, AND VOTER EDUCATION TO SUPPORT MOVEMENT-BUILDING AND ADVOCACY AT THE STATE, LOCAL, AND NATIONAL LEVELS. THE PROGRAM SEEKS TO SUPPORT CREATION OF A POLICY ENVIRONMENT THAT IS MORE INCLUSIVE OF ALL VOTERS, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE, PEOPLE OF COLOR, AND UNDERREPRESENTED COMMUNITIES.
