MISCELLANEOUS SMALL LOCAL GRANTS TO CONTINUE THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSON OF PROVIDING INFORMATION AND EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY REGARDING THE PREVENTION OF UNDERAGE DRINKING AND OTHER SUBSTANCE USE AND ABUSE.

AS WELL AS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TUTORING AND OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES THAT SUPPORT LOWER SOCIOECONOMIC COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING A POSITIVE SAFE SPACE VOID OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND\OR VIOLENCE.
