DURING THE YEAR, THE LAND OF LINCOLN HONOR FLIGHT WAS PROHIBITED FROM FLYING DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THESE COSTS REPRESENT PRINTING AND POSTAGE TO INFORM VETS SCHEDULED TO FLY DURING THE YEAR OF THEIR STATUS OF THEIR PARTICULAR FLIGHT. OTHER EXPENSES WERE INCURRED THROUGH PROVIDING THE "FLIGHTLESS HONOR FLIGHT" TO VETERANS WHO WERE PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE OF EVER GOING ON AN ACTUAL FLIGHT.
