THE MARSOC FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE BENEVOLENT SUPPORT TO ACTIVE DUTY AND MEDICALLY RETIRED "MARSOC" PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS TO FAMILIES OF MARINES,SAILORS AND WORLD WAR II MARINE RAIDERS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN SERVICE TO OUR NATION.

DURING 2021 WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AS FOLLOWS:1)LEGACY/PRESERVATION PROJECTS - HOSTED 3 LEGACY EVENTS; 4 LEGACY PROJECTS 2)FAMILY RESILIENCY SUPPORT - 4 FAMILY RESILIENCY EVENTS WERE HOSTED (EACH EVENT IMPACTED BETWEEN 50 AND 150 FAMILY MEMBERS); 12 FAMILIES RECEIVED ASSISTANCE IN DEALING WITH CRISIS INCLUDING MEDICAL/HEALTH EMERGENCIES, LOSS OF FAMILY MEMBER, NATURAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE, ETC.3)RAIDER SUPPORT - 9 PROFESSIONAL RESILIENCY EVENTS WERE HOSTED; PROVIDED $95,000 IN TRANSITION ASSISTANCE GRANTS4)TRAGEDY ASSISTANCE/SURVIVOR SUPPORT - 47 FAMILIES WITH A WOUNDED/ILL/INJURED RAIDER WERE ASSISTED; 110 GOLD STAR FAMILIES RECEIVED ASSISTANCE.
