THE MARINE RAIDER FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE BENEVOLENT SUPPORT TO ACTIVE DUTY AND MEDICALLY RETIRED "MARSOC" PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS TO FAMILIES OF MARINES,SAILORS AND WORLD WAR II MARINE RAIDERS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN SERVICE TO OUR NATION. ASSIST "MARSOC" PERSONNEL WHO ARE INJURED OR WOUNDED IN COMBAT, CONTINGENCY OPERATIONS OR TRAINING WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. ASSIST THE FAMILIES OF "MARSOC" PERSONNEL WITH HEALTH & WELFARE CHALLENGES. SUPPORT MEMORIALS & SERVICES THAT COMMEMORATE FALLEN "MARSOC" PERSONNEL. SUPPORT REINTEGRATION & TRANSITION ASSISTANCE OF "MARSOC" PERSONNEL

DURING 2023 WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO A TOTAL OF 5,358 INDIVIDUALS BY PROVIDING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, TREATMENTS, TRAVEL FUNDING AND TRANSITION ASSISTANCE. 1,635 INDIVIDUALS IN OUR RAIDER SUPPORT PROGRAM, 191 INDIVIDUALS IN OUR TRAGEDY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, 1,450 INDIVIDUALS IN OUR SURVIVOR SUPPORT PROGRAM, 870 INDIVIDUALS IN OUR RAIDER LEGACY PROGRAM AND 1,212 IN OUR FAMILY RESILIENCY PROGRAM. 107 RAIDERS THAT WERE WOUNDED, ILL OR INJURED WERE PROVIDED WITH ASSISTANCE TO COVER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, TREATMENTS OR TRAVEL FUNDING. 72 MARINE RAIDER GOLD STAR FAMILIES RECEIVED TRAVEL FUNDING TO ATTEND THE FOUNDATION'S 2023 RESILIENCY AND REMEMBRANCE EVENT. TRANSITION ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE SEPARATING FROM MILITARY SERVICE REJOINING THE CIVILIAN SECTOR WAS GRANTED TO 105 RAIDERS. WE WERE ABLE TO REDUCE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES FOR 12 RAIDER FAMILIES ASSOCIATED WITH MEDICAL TREATMENTS OF A RAIDER SPOUSE OR CHILD. FUNDING FOR 7 RAIDER LEGACY EVENTS HOSTED BY MARSOC. FUNDING FOR 30 PROFESSSIONAL, PERSONAL AND FAMILY RESILIENCY EVENTS HOSTED BY MARSOC.
