THE FOUNDATION MAINTAINS AND OPERATES A FARM PROVIDING VARIOUS RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR DISABLED VETERANS AND OTHER HANDICAPPED PEOPLE.
THE FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTES TO OTHER CHARITABLE ENTITIES THROUGH ITS GRANT PROGRAMS.
THE KEMP FOUNDATION IT DEVELOPING A HIGHLY DIRECTIONAL "HORN" THAT IS HOPED TO PROVIDE A NEARLY CONTINUAL ADVANCE WARNING TO PEDESTRIANS, ANIMALS AND VEHICLES ON OR NEAR THE TRACKS WITHOUT CAUSING DISRUPTION TO NEARBY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL AREAS.
