FOUNDED IN 1967, THE COUNTRY MUSIC FOUNDATION, INC. (CMF), WHICH DOES BUSINESS AS COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM (THE MUSEUM) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THAT PRESERVES AND INTERPRETS THE EVOLVING HISTORY AND TRADITIONS OF COUNTRY MUSIC.
