THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO ELIMINATING SUBSTANDARD HOUSING THROUGH CONSTRUCTING, REHABILITATING, AND PRESERVING HOMES WITH ITS HOUSING INITIATIVES.THE HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM ASSISTS LOW INCOME FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS TO ACHIEVE AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP, AND HABITAT HOMES ARE SOLD TO PARTNER HOMEBUYERS WITH AN AFFORDABLE MORTGAGE. HOME REPAIRS ARE OFFERED TO HELP LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS REMAIN SAFELY IN THEIR HOMES AS WELL AS NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS RANGING FROM SUPPORTING COMMUNITY NONPROFITS WITH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO BEAUTIFYING PUBLIC SPACES AND PARKS.
